Cheerleading is a fun, active and challenging class. It combines elements of dance, stunts, gymnastics, chanting and use of pom poms.
Students will learn about team work, putting trust in others, practice and dedication and in this class they are allowed to be loud! (During the chanting section of the class of course).
Classes will consist of – warm up, flexibility training, dancing, learning cheer jumps, performing cheers chants and tumbling.
